Tenerife - Mirador La Tarta

A bend in the road cuts thru the strata of vulcano ash.

After leaving the National Park and turning on the TF-24, the road on the "spine" of Tenerife, the Cumbre Dorsal, offers many excellent views back to the Teide and on the coast far below. And at La Tarta also a good view of the "inner workings".
