Cologne - Blooming Crabapple Tree

Continuing the spring photographs, detail of a blooming crabapple tree in our garden.

Actually, I’m not quite sure if this really is a crabapple and what kind. I didn’t plant it. ;-) According to the research I did there are simple too many malus hybrids, so classification is difficult.
