Tja, und dann ist sie auch schon wieder vorbei, diese seltsame Jahreszeit im Rheinland, 6 Tage Ausnahmezustand in Köln, leider dieses Jahr mit erheblich mehr Gewalt, weil einige wohl weniger die Fröhlichkeit als viel mehr den Exzess suchen …
Zeit auf jeden Fall für ein paar Impressionen von den Schull- und Veedelszöch am Sonntag und dem Dellbrücker Zug am Dienstag, die jetzt frisch im Album Kölner Karneval 2009 dazu gekommen sind.

Finally, I’m moving with this website to a brand-new WordPress installation, which will hopefully be a more flexible and up-to-date foundation for the development of mj’s photography. The old stuff is still there, see the previous posting.
Endlich habe ich es geschafft, diese Website auf eine brandneue WordPress-Installation umzustellen, die hoffentlich eine flexiblere und aktuellere Basis für die Entwicklung von mj’s photography darstellt. Der alte Kram ist natürlich weiterhin vorhanden, siehe dazu auch den vorherigen Eintrag.

A new blurb book with images from the trip to China and the total solar eclipse of 01 Aug 2008 is available.
The images were already posted here in the China 2008 and Eclipse 2008 albums. The book Total Solar Eclipse China 2008 comprises 228 pages with a large selection of these images and the text (bilingual English/German) from the travel report available here, already posted in an earlier version to my ipernity blog (German).
