Jupiter-Animation. Eigentlich gar nicht geplant, daher nur 5 Frames, aber schon sehr erstaunlich, wie rasant der Riesenplanet in nur 1/2h (!) rotiert.
Jupiter animation. Not really planned, thus only 5 frames. But really fascinating how fast this gas giant rotates in only half an hour!

Weiter in’s Landesinnere, von Oregon nach Idaho, hier sind die USA ländlich geprägt, kein Vergleich mit den Metropolen. Craters of the Moon, ein Vulkanfeld und Naturschutzgebiet findet sich hier in einer der abgelegensten Gegenden. Dafür war’s dann aber doch reichlich voll mit Besuchern. ;-)
Further on from Oregon into Idaho, rural America, no at all like the big cities. Craters of the Moon, a protected area of volcanic features was well worth a visit.
